Doreen ships globally via DHL Express Worldwide & PostOne.

All orders are dispatched from 1 to 5 days and delivered with DHL Express or PostOne. Deliveries take from 1 to 4 days depending on your location when dispatched with DHL Express and 3 to 8 days with PostOne .
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within a timeframe of 1 to 5 days. The delivery time depends on your location, ranging from 1 to 4 days for DHL Express and 3 to 8 days for PostOne.

Doreen offers Express DHL delivery /1-4 work days/ and free worldwide PostOne /3-8 work days/ upon checkout.
Shipments are dispatched Monday to Friday, 9AM-5PM. Both courier services are available worldwide with few exceptions.
Please keep in mind that the duration for shipping begins once the order has been transferred to the delivery company.
Doreen isn’t responsible for any delays caused by customs clearance procedures.
After placing the order you will receive a confirmation email indicating that your order was successful.
Within 1-5 days, you will receive tracking and delivery details, including a tracking code and a link to monitor the location and progress of your item.

If you’re not happy with the items you received, you can return or exchange them within 14 days of arrival. Just make sure to return the items in the same condition as you received them.

Return in a few steps:

1. Send an email to [email protected] stating whether you want to exchange or return the items.
2. Provide us with the details of the item/s you wish to exchange/return.
3. We will then prepare the necessary return waybill and documents for the package.
4. Once we send you the return waybill, schedule a courier pickup for your parcel online at www.dhl.com or drop off the return package at the nearest DHL service point.
5. Remove all previous labels, pack the return items exclusively in DHL Express bags (which can be obtained from a DHL representative courier or your local DHL drop-off service point), and attach the new pickup label to your package.
6. Once we receive and examine the items, we will process any further steps, such as exchanges or returns.

We offer complimentary exchanges at no additional cost to you. However, the return cost of 15€ will be subtracted from your refund.

We only offer a refund of the charges if you cancel the Order within the 14 days of the delivery date.
We shall not offer a refund if you do not complete the Return & Exchanges policy.

For international deliveries, it typically takes 3-7 working days for your package to reach us.After that, please allow an additional 5-7 working days for refunds and exchanges to be processed.
The duration may be shorter depending on the return delivery via the courier company.
