Orders are typically processed and dispatched within a timeframe of 1 to 5 days depending on the size and complexity of the order.
Doreen offers Express DHL delivery /1-4 work days/ and free worldwide PostOne /3-8 work days/ upon checkout depending on your location.
Shipments are dispatched Monday to Friday, 9AM-5PM. Both courier services are available worldwide with few exceptions.
Please keep in mind that the duration for shipping begins once the order has been transferred to the delivery company.
Doreen isn’t responsible for any delays caused by customs clearance procedures.
After placing the order you will receive a confirmation email indicating that your order was successful.
Within 1-5 days, you will receive tracking and delivery details, including a tracking code and a link to monitor the location and progress of your item.

Payment of goods ordered may be made in one of the following ways:

–         via PayPal or Stripe;

–          by debit/ credit card – Visa, Visa Electron, V Pay, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Union Pay, JCB, Bancontact and others included in myPOS system;

–          by bank transfer, by transfer to the bank account of the Provider;

–          cash on delivery. The cash on delivery payment method applies only to deliveries on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria upon receipt of the goods by the User from the courier.

Doreen offers free trackable delivery via PostOne and express delivery via DHL courier companies.

If delivery of the ordered goods is outside the European Union, it is possible import duties and taxes payable after the goods arrive in the respective country to be charged. Any such import duties and taxes, as well as fees collected for the clearance of customs documents, shall be paid by the User. Users are advised to inform themselves in advance of such import duties and taxes.

Our pieces are destined to live a long life if they are carefully taken care of. We recommend against wearing your jewelry while bathing and having your jewelry come into any contact with chemicals such as perfume lotions & cleaning products.
Avoid wearing jewelry whilst swimming or bathing. After wear, please ensure jewels are stored in a safe, dry place that is preferably flat, out of direct light, free from moisture and away from any extreme heat.
Please ensure each piece is stored separately, to prevent any scratching or rubbing from contact with other jewels.
Storing in our original boxes or pouches is the best way to keep your jewelry.

When placing an order and before specifying the required size, please make sure you have taken the correct measure according to the tables and the way you prefer to wear your piece of jewellery – tight or loose. To get the comfortable length, it is advisable to add: for a bracelet – 1 to 3 cm to your wrist circumference; for a necklace – at least 5 cm to your neck circumference.

Most models can be made in a size different from those listed in the tables.
